His love to American BBQ led to some fusion barbecuing which he loves to experiment with. During the years he became an expert in (Neapolitan-)Pizza and a lover and connoisseur of Bulgarian Wine as well.

The Boss. Originally from Canada, Chris opened up Great Western BBQ in Sofia 15 years ago which is now the biggest and best Shop on the Balkans when it comes to authentic BBQ. Chris loves authentic and classic American Barbecue but also brings in his Canadian Roots when it comes to Steak, Marinades and Smoking meat. Chris loves to use regional and fresh Bulgarian products for his American inspired BBQ Recipes.

Also, through his family heritage, Chip knows loads of culinary food tweaks from East-India. He loves Tennessee Whisky and Donald Trump and is Snowwhites imaginary Huntsman.
