Barbecue Academy
In our Barbecue Academy you will learn everything - how to use your grill correctly, achieve excellent results when grilling meat and vegetables to perfection and how to impress your guests with a complete menu that you have planned using only your grill. For our courses we use high quality charcoal and gas grills as well as smokers.
What We Offer
Pizza Academy
Our pizza courses will show you what you need to know to make the perfect pizza dough, how to bake a real Neapolitan pizza, what other types of pizza there are and how you can do this with your pizza oven at home. For our courses we use spiral kneading machines, electric, gas and wood ovens of different sizes.
