for expanding knowledge
Service Description
This course is designed for anyone who already has experience with grilling and wants to expand their knowledge and skills. Over the course of 2 to 3 hours, we will delve into more complex techniques and recipes, work with different types of meat, fish and vegetables, and perfect our control over temperature and cooking time. Key highlights of the course: advanced techniques for direct and indirect grilling working with a meat thermometer and controlling the internal temperature grilling whole pieces of meat and specialities (e.g. fish on a platter, steaks, ribs) use of marinades, wood chips for smoking and additional flavours tips for perfect presentation and serving The course is ideal for barbecue enthusiasts with basic knowledge who want to take their skills to the next level.
