Originally from Canada, Chris opened up Great Western BBQ in Sofia 15 years ago which is now the biggest and the best dealership in the Balkans. Chris loves authentic and classic American Barbecue but also brings in his Canadian Roots when it comes to Steak, Marinades and Smoking meat. He prefers to use regional and fresh Bulgarian products for his American inspired BBQ Recipes.
